Sandpiper Suites

This concrete restoration project at Sandpiper Suites in Stuart, Florida included extensive balcony repairs, structural concrete restoration, stucco repairs, Hardie Board replacement, and exterior painting of both the building and parking garage.

Additional structural work included concrete repairs to columns throughout the garage to improve long-term stability and performance. All work was performed in an occupied hospitality environment, requiring careful coordination, strict safety measures, and detailed planning.

D&J Contracting Group implemented controlled work zones and protective systems to ensure resident and visitor safety while minimizing disruption during construction.
