This project at Hawks Cay Resort in Marathon Key, Florida included the renovation and interior build-out of two distinct dining concepts within a luxury hospitality environment.
Coral Café
This restaurant and café, originally the hotel steakhouse, was fully redesigned into a modern coffee shop and marketplace for resort guests.
The scope included the installation of a full barista bar, tambour wood wall systems, new lighting, wall coverings, natural stone countertops, and complete installation of all new FF&E.
The result was a refreshed and elevated guest experience aligned with the resort’s hospitality standards.
Chef Jeremy Ford Restaurant & Bar
This project consisted of the interior construction and build-out of a high-end restaurant and bar concept designed to deliver a premium dining experience within a luxury resort setting.
The scope included interior demolition, structural modifications, framing, drywall installation, and premium interior finishes throughout the space. Additional work included custom millwork, wall treatments, and precision tile installations to achieve a refined aesthetic aligned with the design vision.
