This project at Hilton Marina in Fort Lauderdale, Florida began as a minor restoration scope and evolved into a full exterior renovation in accordance with Hilton Brand requirements.

The concrete restoration work included repairs to the main hotel tower as well as the employee parking garage, which was previously a rooftop tennis court for hotel guests. The scope also included full exterior painting of both the hotel tower and the parking structure.

Additional work involved the removal of existing Hilton brand signage on the east, west, and south elevations of the 14th floor, requiring careful coordination due to building height and active hotel operations.

The project was executed in a fully occupied hospitality environment, requiring strict safety procedures, phased scheduling, and precise coordination to minimize disruption to guests and staff.
