This project consisted of comprehensive exterior and amenity upgrades to the main hotel and ancillary areas at Marriott Hutchinson Island Resort in Stuart, Florida, focused on improving both appearance and long-term performance.

The scope of work included the removal and replacement of all balcony railings, minor concrete repairs, reconstruction of select balconies, and installation of new privacy panels. Additional work included full exterior painting of the main hotel and surrounding areas, as well as the refinishing and painting of the main pool deck to enhance the overall guest experience.

D&J Contracting Group executed all phases of work within an active hospitality environment, coordinating closely with hotel operations to maintain safety, minimize disruption, and ensure consistent quality throughout the project.

The result was a fully refreshed resort exterior with improved durability, safety, and an elevated aesthetic aligned with Marriott brand standards.
