Palm Aire 14-23

This ongoing concrete restoration project at Palm Aire Country Club in South Florida involves comprehensive structural repairs and exterior improvements across the property. All phases of work are being executed in accordance with engineering specifications and local building code requirements.

The scope includes concrete restoration, removal and replacement of existing railings, and demolition and reconstruction of more than 80% of the screen enclosures. In addition, the project involves the removal and replacement of topping slabs and waterproofing systems across multiple balconies.

Due to the scale and complexity of the project, detailed coordination, precise planning, and strict adherence to safety protocols are required throughout all stages. The project is currently in progress and is scheduled for completion in early 2027.
