This project consisted of the ground-up construction of the PGA National Gate House, serving as the primary entry point to the resort.

Acting as the general contractor, D&J Contracting Group managed all phases of construction including site preparation, foundation work, and full structural build-out in accordance with project plans and PGA National brand standards.

Full site and DOT development, underground utilities,structural framing, exterior finishes, roofing systems, and the installation of new electrical and lighting components. Additional work included plumbing systems, exterior floor tile installation.

D&J Contracting Group worked closely with hotel management and staff to coordinate daily operations, maintain safe access for guests and employees.
