The scope of work at Verena of Delray included concrete restoration of balconies, walkways, and the observation deck at the main building. Additional work included full exterior painting of the community building, pool house, and associated facilities, including restroom areas.

The project also involved the replacement of existing screen enclosures throughout the property. In addition, a decorative architectural header was removed and replaced, as the original design detail was contributing to water intrusion and localized damage.

All work was carefully coordinated to ensure structural integrity, durability, and long-term performance while minimizing disruption to the active senior living community.
