Sandpiper Attrium
Comprehensive concrete and railing restoration at the hotel atrium, including column repairs, catwalk improvements, and stainless steel hanger replacements. Project was completed on a tight schedule between Memorial Day and Labor Day, overcoming a tropical storm and a Category 1 hurricane.
Sandpiper Suites
Concrete and exterior restoration for a residential building, including balcony repairs, stucco and Hardie Board replacement, and structural column improvements in the parking garage. All work was performed safely in an occupied environment, resulting in enhanced durability and refreshed appearance.
Hilton Marina
Exterior renovation and concrete restoration for a Hilton hotel tower and employee parking garage, including painting and removal of brand signage on the 14th floor. Project was completed in accordance with Hilton Brand Requirements.
